The Ralamandal Wildlife Sanctuary is located in Indore established in 1981. Find its wiki from entry timing, fees, best time to visit, distance from major cities and review. Establishment:
Indore city has large number flora and fauna. But the people were not aware about the natural importance of the area. Later on, in the year 1989, the sanctuary was established for the conservation of plants and animals.
Things to See:
Existence of beautiful birds attracts the tourists. The people came here for doing trekking also and to see the amazing view of the plants like Eucalyptus , Bamboo, Chandan, Teak, Babool, Saja and many more. These are found in limited areas of India. You will get to see many wildlife like rabbits, deer, and different types of birds. The facilities of hiring a bike or a car according to the people inside the park is available to explore the park. One more option to move around the park is by enjoying the camel ride as well as exploring the park. Don’t miss to visit the Gwalior for weekend trip which comes under same state.
How to Reach:
You can go by train, road or flight in which you will feel comfortable. The Indore Junction railway station is the closest one to reach the sanctuary which is at a distance of only 9 km. The Devi Ahilyabai Holkar international airport in Indore is also very near to the sanctuary about 14 km from the park. The buses are available from the Indore city.

The area of the sanctuary is not very large. It spreads over an area of 5 km.
Best Time to Visit:
The perfect time to visit the sanctuary is from October to February. During this time the weather is pleasant and you can see the amazing view of the nature.

The entry starts from 9:00 AM and the sanctuary remain opens till 6:30 PM. After the exit time no one can enter into the sanctuary.
